Mechanical Integration Engineer (Hialeah, FL)
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to configure and program CNC machinery. Perform mechanical design modifications, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automated systems and robotics to improve production efficiency. Oversee the drafting execution of the engineering designs and proof-read all drafted assignments for completeness and accuracy. Specify system components to ensure that the company machines are operating according to specifications. Design integrated mechanical and alternative systems to improve production efficiency.

Photonic Materials Systems Engineer (Hialeah, FL)
Develop, simulate, and integrate photonic crystal structures into advanced fenestration systems to enhance solar modulation and energy efficiency. Perform nanoscale material characterization using spectroscopic ellipsometry and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Collaborate with quantum optics researchers to implement tunable refractive interfaces in laminated architectural glass. Author internal protocols for fabrication process optimization and oversee compliance with ASTM E903 and ISO 9050 standards. Evaluate long-term performance of metamaterials in variable humidity and temperature conditions.
Master’s Degree in Photonic Engineering, Applied Physics, or Materials Science is required. 3 years of experience in photonic material development or metamaterial integration is required. 40 hrs/week.
